Default Boot for commute and at work

I am looking for a boot to ride to work in and then wear it throughout the day. The ones I looked at last night were waterproof and don't breath. So What do you all suggest?

Thanks again.

i went to walmart and got Brahma's. they were $20; steel toe, water proof, thick soles, and are surprisingly comfortable. They also have a groove in the arch of the sole, so its awesome for keeping your feet on the pegs, my feet are just the right length to shift perfectly.

I am glad to see that only one person on the board wears something on the bike and at work. Hmmm . Come on.

Check out the ICON standard boot. http://www.metricbikes-superstore.co....php?cPath=184 I bought a pair for that very reason, to ride to work in and wear at work. I use to just were my riding boots and take a pair of shoes to change into. I've only wore the boots once to start breaking them in before the riding season gets here. They are a pretty sturdy book with good protection.

I have the River Road Double Zipper Field Boots. They are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes/boots I own (and I like the look). http://www.motorcycleapparel.net/Mer...ver+Road+Boots

it really depends on what type of work you do and the dress attire that you need at work. i ride to work from time-to-time (usually on weekends. no managers to worry about and can get away with much more casual dress.) but i usually plan ahead and keep some decent shoes, pants, and a polo shirt or something in my locker in the fitness center at work. that way i can wear my normal gear and change into appropriate clothing. but, like i said, when i can get away with wearing some riding boots i wear these. click here

I wear jeans everyday and sit on my *** most of the time. So I am more concerned about comfort and something that goes with jeans. That is my requiments. That and they have to look cool, just like me. LOL.
