Any idea on carrying a baseball cap?
I am never without my baseball cap, detroit tigers or virginia tech , but after losing my 2nd cap from tuckin in the seat strap. anybody havent any crafty ways of securing their hat? and I always wear a fitted hat so using the clip on the hat wouldnt work.

When I carry a hat I tuck the bill inbetween the seat n tank. Fits nice and tight and never had any negative issues from it.
Oh and I fold the hat back on itself esp if it isnt a fitted or fit-all cap so the plastic or metal clip doesnt scratch my tank. Tho I do have a tank protector too so.

I've always carried mine like yours in the rear seat. I've never lost one yet. You can slide the bill of hat in the front of your jeans letting the rest of the hat tucked under your shirt. Just be careful not to tuck it too far in. Ya dont wanna cut off any circulation.
Anther good way to keep the hat secure on the rear seat is to unstrap the hats adjustable headband, slide that through the seats loop and then reconnect it. A good velcro style one works great.
Also, I've seen that same method used to attach it to the triple tree, or the upper part of one of the fork tubes.

Quick trip to the gas station I*ve turned it backwards and worn under helmet but that gives you a headache if you wear it too long that way which is why I have a tail bag.
p.s. wtf is this doing in General Tech lol ?? Im moving it to the riding gear section although that is debatable as well, but at least one notch closer to wherever it is supposed to be.
