Wheel Warehouse OH. HORRIBLE!!!!
 

Called The Wheel Warehouse in Ohio before sending my 954 wheel to be trued and was told three day turn around. Four days after they recieved the wheel I called to get the scoop and was told it was not checked in yet. Multiple calls went unreturned and was lied to repeatedly about the status. THREE WEEKS later I got my wheel back NOT even close to straight!!! These guys are the single worst company I have ever dealt with. Please go elsewhere!

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, you can definitely contest the payment by calling/writing your credit card company with proof and contacting the BBB.

One of the guys on the forum recommended www.willsrimrepair.com to me when I needed my wheel straightened recenlty. I contacted them and they were very nice, the prices was right and was just about to send my wheel off until I went into a local shop and asked them to take the tire off so I can send it off. The owner of the local shop had a connection that could straighten my rim and I did it locally.

If you can't find someone locally, I would definitely try Will's Rim repair. They are in SC. Real resonable prices too.
