Customer service is great. They called when they received my order and even persuaded me to upgrade from the street cage to the stunt cage in which I did.

They called me when they shipped it out. I received it in a timely manner.

Overall the product is nice and great quality but I was more interested in the street cage. When I contacted them to perform an exchange/refund. they said there is a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay shipping back.

That was pretty much the only thing that I am upset about because there wasn't any return policy stated on the website. BUMMER

So I guess...make sure you really like the cage before you make a purchase.
