Ending my contemplation of a different suit than my Joe Rocket Speedmaster, I ended up choosing the Spidi GP Wind Pro Suit. I sold the extra gear I had lying around including the Speedmaster suit to get this, and use it as my main protective gear. Took a while to do all this, but it was well worth it. I also have the optional Warrior Back Protector installed in the back. This suit retails for $1,500. I managed to grab it for $844 shipped!! It was pretty much a once in a lifetime buy. Found it on ebay. You won't be able to get it for any cheaper. I got pretty lucky. :D

You usually don't see any protection offered for ALL of these places. The only complaint I would have is that there is no armor protecting your front, such as your chest and your abdomen. I managed to use my creativy to alter the suit to my liking. With some dense padding and industrial velcro, I created my own protection for the front. I installed this between the suit's liner the the leather. Now, it's perfect! The suit fits me perfectly. The leather is comfortable and supple. Absolutely top notch.

The suit comes with an optional Hydroback system. This allows riders to rehydrate while riding at any speed. Basically, it's a water pack in the speed hump and a straw comes out of it to wrap around one side of the neck to your mouth. It's really neat!

whoohoo! new gear...sweet, and Spidi no less...mmmm Italian. I still haven't broken in my Spidi NRG leather on a ride yet cause I just loves wearing it around the house, sitting at the computer, posting on CBR Forum! God it smells so good, though...

That was a smokin' deal man, great job. Nothing beats getting top shelf gear for bargain basement pricing. Damn now I need a suit. [>:]
