RE: Plate flipper

my friend's plate is zip tied on. when he goes fast it just becomes horizontal from the wind.
never tried this though, but it would seem like a pain to flip your plate while trying to evade police?
as dumb and dangerous as evading police sounds.

ya my plate is just zip tied on too. just haul ass and they'll never have the chance to see it ;)

Right. And then when the cop pulls you over because you are just sitting in front of him at a light he'll get you a ticket for "Improper display of registration." Zip-ties will get you in trouble. If you want to hide, at least do it right. Otherwise, obey the law or pull over and bite the bullet...

haha i have mine zip tied, and the cop that pulled me over said to fix it thats it... i normally wouldnt have stopped but it was right down town. Apparently he thought he could pull me over for a burnt out headlight when only one of my headlights were on.... what a jacka**

When I went to the Q101 Rocket Ride in Chicago there were people that bent their plates up so the camera couldn't photo it when they went throught the i-pass and there were also people standing on their seat coving their plates with their foot.

The plate may save you a ticket when you run... hopefuly it doesn't cost you your life when the run isn't successful!

Running is Just plain STUPID!!

Mount your tag according to your local laws or just dont ride!
