Hi Guys I have removed a complete stainless micron RACE can system from my cbr600fk 1989 bike because the bit on the start of the downpipe that the flange goes up against to secure into the head was a piece of tube (mild steel) shrunk on the outside of the stainless pipe and it rotted away leaving a smooth pipe that needs some more flange bosses making.
The end can is stamped not for road use although it sounds ace.
The pictures shown to indicate the bit needed and there is also some minor damage to the can (dents) where a home made securing strap was fitted not major.
I would like to swap for a scottoiler system or offers, COLLECTION PREFERED NEAR HULL will post at buyers cost if courier arranged by You pm me cheers Alan.
