What year is the bike?

I usually use Ipone RS4000 or Motul 5100 in my 1992 CBR250RR. So, a standard 10w40 semi-synthetic. Avoid full synthetics.

Use any airfilter you can get. I run oem Honda ones. Unless you live in Japan, or Australia.. your going to have to import it. Worlds End Moto in UK can get them for you. You can also try your hand calling Honda dealers in Australia. I used to order a lot of parts from Red Wing Honda in Aus, but they closed around 2009.

The oil filter is underneath the motor. There should be 2 bolts. The larger one 17mm I think is your oil drain. The 12mm one with the circular pattern above it on the oil sump is the bolt you need to remove to get your oil filter out. Once the bolt is nice and loose you can remove the circular plate & filter above it by hand un-screwing it.
Its the same as a Ninja 250R for the most part..

Go to 4:54 and its a very similar setup.

Hey dude, Its a "1996 model " according to the stamps... the local honda dealer told me either motul 5100 10/40 or honda brand but ill go the motul way !!!

Thanks for the video.. i did see the section where the filter is located even though i didnt know what is was at the time !!!

If your bike is a 96 VIN/plate then its an Australian spec bike. Honda stopped making the bikes in 1994. The remaining bikes were then all shipped to Australia and sold as a new model from 94-97. They have different carb boot sizes and I think the cam profile is slightly different. The JDM spec model has a few more HP then the Aussie spec model.

New here, sorry I haven't announced myself yet, but why avoid a full synthetic?
