H4 HeadLight
 

I have been looking to replace the stock headlight on my CBR125R to a LED version.

Has anyone tried this, these are the two bulbs I have been looking at:
2pcs H4 9003 High Power COB LED Hi Low Headlight 40W Light Bulb Lamp Xenon White | eBay <<-- I BOUGHT THESE, THEY ARE CRAP. DO NOT BUY THESE. :)

This one also seems interesting:
2 x DC12 32V CREE 60W 6000LM Car LED Headlight Kit 6000K H4 H L Bulb Lamp Light | eBay

Either one will be an insane upgrade from stock H4 bulb while using about half the power output from the bike.

In the end another question is if it really is worth spending so much money on a headlight of if something like this would do the job (without being equally awesome)

In lack of any feedback, I looked at the different H4 LED's and decided to go for the first pair.
Bought them today, delivery within 1-2 weeks.

Expect a youtube clip or replacement, with before and after shots.

Reading the specs, they should be crazy bright.

Waiting for the new headlight, I did some headlight testing. Same route will be driven when the new headlight has been installed.

So I bought this headlight "2pcs H4 9003 High Power COB LED Hi Low Headlight 40W Light Bulb Lamp Xenon White | eBay". Spare in a box. So thats nice.

However, due to the LED flat surface, I get completely wrong light from my bike. I mean it is bright as a sun, but the focus is way off. And as lowbeam is only 1/4th of the normal H4, this light has lowbeam and 1/2 highbeam for the normal lowbeam. And for the highbeam it adds the second half of the highbeam, and also lights up 1/4th that is nothing (mostly blinding to others).

I was expecting people to get angry as hell, but for some reason nobody cares. I'm happy with just using the lowbeam and it gives much better light than before. I would however not suggest you buy this one. There are better lights with better light distribution out there.

Yeah, and then it broke. Not recommended piece of crap. :D
