CBR400 nc23: 3 and 4 cylinders are not firing. Help!
 

hi all,

My cbr400 has been stood in my garage for the past couple of months. Ive started her now again and she has been fine. Started her again on friday, choke fully open, she started and the revs went upto 3k for a split second then dropped to 1k. after a few minutes i shut the choke off and the bike died. I tried starting her again and the exact same happened. It wont start unless the choke is fully open.

Now after abit of flapping i noticed that 3 and 4 cylinder downpipes are cold whilst 1 and 2 are hot. I took the spark plugs out and they were wet, tested them all and they give a nice bright blue spark. Charged the battery still the same also changed the airfilter still the same.

Any more ideas will be greatly appreciated
