CBR125 Stalls on startup - New guy!
 

I've got it set in my mind that I want a CBR125 as a commuter to get me back and forth to school (Gas mileage in my truck is starting to get to me). I'm also looking for a little side project, which is leaning me towards one in particular in my area.

This is a 2008 with 7400 KM on it. I'll post the issue as the seller has described it to me:
"The only point of concern is when I start it up - sometimes it will die, and I have to start it a second time. After it runs for like 1 min the engine is fine (just a little weird starting) "

Normally I'd jump right at something like this, but as these bikes are fuel injected I don't want to jump right in over my head. I realize this could be anything from bad gas to a completely fried ECU, but are there any common issues with these bikes that would lead to this issue?

As a side note, the bike has been laid down once in a parking lot, and has slight damage to the front fairing. This is my first time looking at street bikes (I have owned a scooter as well as several Honda ATVs), I really don't know how much that effects my offer (He hasn't set a fixed price to start from).
