CBR125 question - tall rider

If this question has been asked before, I'm sorry, but a quick search didn't bring up anything that I could see about it.

So, I have recently passed my CBT and am looking at a couple of different CBR125s for my first bike. They are a 55 and 57 plate, if that makes any difference.

The problem is, I am 6'2" tall. Is this too tall for these bikes to be comfortable?

Also, if you do think that the CBR125 would be too small, is a honda varadero a good alternative?

Thanks.

The "sporty" riding position on the 125 may give you a bit of a sore lower back, elbows and ankles after extend rides (1 -2 hours). Depends on how you're built. I'm 6'3", and ALL LEGS, so I'm folded up like frog on my CBR600RR. It's never been to the point where I didn't like the bike, however. It's a very mild annoyance, as opposed to a problem.

If it's a huge concern of yours, the Varadero has a more "upright" riding position, which would ease some of that tension on those joints.
