The NC23 and NC 29 have been around in South Africa for years- my son has one....They go like stink (I had his at 130MPH) and are very popular, corner well and run forever on a litre of gas. It's not like my CBR1000F, but then it was never meant to be.

Sharp bike! I have been looking at NC29's but that would mean selling my 250 or 600. I can't part with either right now lol.

i have a 1988 honda cbr 400 rr tri arm and ive fitted a 600 engine into it from a cane .
it runs very well just the wright amount of power . i reconmend it to everyone . in 6 foot 4 in tall its a great bike

HI I still got my honda cbr 400 nc23 had it for 2 years now very fast it keep up to my 600fw
put another engine in it and new fairing on it
Start frist time run great

G'Day Mate, Would you be so kind as to PM with details of fitting a 600 engine. I have a nc23 with stuffed engine but cannot find an 400 engine here in Australia. Love to know what model 600 you fitted and what had to be changed to fit it. Thanks for your time. Ken

This is a pretty old thread, 5 years. It's probably best to start a new one. You will get better results.

Need to clutch wheelie it like a 250. Not so good for head bearings, fork seals etc
