You need a jet kit. The bike now has a lean spot because of the parts you have added.
I know the CBR125 is fuel injected but It sounds like your CBR150 is carb'd. Its not as simple as just turning a screw, the jet kit will come with a new jet, new needles and such. |
Thankyou for your reply Syphen. i turned the mixture screw, but it didnt help at all. i will see if i can buy a new jet kit. Or will i be better off buying bigger carb 28mm theyre quite cheap?

I don't know.. I'd jet the current carb but it is entirely up to you.

Rejet your current carb.
Fitting a bigger carb won't solve your problem. |
hi guys, im just a newbie in this forum and as well to my current bike (cbr 150 carb type)
just want to ask about A/F setting, which turn is richer / leaner and what is the model/size of the carb? thanks. |

It won't do anything for hesitation in upper rpms. This is where you need different jet sizes and needle position settings. |
I was also having the same issue with my 2019 CBR 150, I was using a slip-on system by Yoshimura, that was not model-specific. The throttle input was poor in the mid-range then I swapped the air-filter, as suggested by mototech and it was solved.
