Default HONDA VFR 750 F 1989

Any one remember these?
V-4
Gear Driven cams
265 kms per hour -plus+
Super comfort ,clock,adjustable screen.
In Oz,this model was released in Black,with Gold Rims..................Awesome ride.

Cant say I do, Ive seen a few late '90s VFRs but not the originals. One of a kind sound!

One of those bikes that was simply built to last. few who own one dislike it. very few.

You cant be talking about the very first of the VFR's [sm=noooo.gif] (mid eighties)
They did a 500 and a 750 if its the one I'm thinking of.
You couldn't give them away over here, nobody wanted them.

Yeah,VF750,VF400,VF500 all from about 83?Onward to '87?Bad rap here in Aussie too,i remember them being called 'Hand Grenades',only a matter of time......
The VFR,totaly different,no complaints from being a previous owner.

I know this is an old thread, but what the hell...

I bought one of these recently (1988 model), it was a lovely bike when I got it:
