DISASTER
Alright, here's the story, i was riding this past sunday, had about 15 people out and about 2 hours into it, we went into some country roads and we were doing some stand up wheelies i did about 2-3 piror that day before this one, i get it up in 2nd gear, perfect wheelie, was goin about 1/8 mile into it and sunddanly the bike SHUT OFF!? i came smashing down, i saved the bike from going down but i came down HARD and my chest hit the top of the windscreen and knee hit tank, hurts still a little yet tonight, anwayz i was wondering if you heard of anything like this happending, now here are the facts
Was friends bike, bike is in good condition, 2002, 954, 11K, was just in shop for fork seals and had the guy go through the whole bike Wasn't rev limiter, the bike was off when i landed and when i stopped Full gas tank oil level was Good Didn't hit kill switch, would have had to switch it back on when i started it back up Didn't hit neutal becuase bike was off when landed and when i stopped I did 100's of stand up's on my 2002 954.. some 12 oclocks and never happend to me on my bike When i did start it back up, cracked a few times more then it usually does and sounded a little weak when did get it started for a second or two, like gas, but it's fuel injection and the bike runs perfect.. i did two other stand up wheelis piror that day and that didn't happend, ANY IDEAS... i want to know why this did that, could have been real bad, any help will be apprecated |

RE: DISASTER
Just wondering how much fuel you had maybe so low on fuel that the angle of the tank prevented the fuel from being picked up.
