neither do i...but i know what i'm talking about when i open my mouth. edmunds sucks...is not reliable...even GM got an 11 sec pass(11.9) out of the car in stock trim...so edmunds being off by a second or more.....yea...a simple google search "stock z06 1/4" brought up this link without having to scroll down http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gR4nizGmrXg along with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gR4nizGmrXg and the 10 second run http://www.autoblog.com/2007/12/05/1...-on-run-flats/

ZR-1 all the way. Don't like the clutchless shift thing the Nissan has. Not a fan of it's styling either.

I wonder if the ZR-1 has that annoying lil black box that all other GM vehicles have?
I also wonder how tunible the new GTR is going to be compared to the previous generations? Even though the Zr-1 has 620 hp, I bet it's pretty much maxed out. Where as the GTR might be easly tunned to the same specs, or futher?
It would be interesting to see both these cars at Lemans, I've read that nissan is preparing to be there. But I can't find any info on the Zr1. When the z06 first came out, they domminated Lemans, but then they just suddenly droped off the radar.

The boost on the ZR-1 is actually not too high at all...i'm pretty sure it can be tweaked even more.

im sure im gonna get FLAAMED for this but.....

congrats to the vette for beating a car with 140 less HP

i just hate when ppl think just cause something is made in america its better than anything else.... thats why the world hates us

I am not gonna flame ya, instead i will just make a broad based generalization, and give my opinion

1: If they want to have the GT-R classed as a super car then they had better step up their game, if its down 140 hp its their own fault and will suffer for it.
2: American cars are better then Jap cars, actually let me rephrase that, Jap cars suck
