I'll go first



This is a piece of cloth that's been prayed over and anointed. I was told that it's supposed to keep me safe. It was given to me by my ex gf's 4y/o(at the time) sister because "I needed it more than she did" It's been through 3 different wallets and two bikes and I still keep it in my wallet so I don't leave the house without it. I don't know if it's kept me safe or not but I do know I'm still safe and alive today so why change what seems to work?


My bike keys have the key and the honda keychain I got from the PO.
Along with those is....
a cotter pin I've had on there for about 2 years. Seems to come in handy now and then

A monster energy drink tab that I took off a can in one of my college classes a couple years ago.

And a class of 2008 key chain I got from a buddy of mine that I graduated with who also rides and his (then) GF. It was a graduation gift (duh) from high school. And it's always gone on my bike rings. I think it's lucky. It also comes to the casino with me

Never been to a blessing of the bikes before but I've never had a bike at that time of year. I'm making it a point to go this year.

I have saint Christopher on my keychain. I found it sewn inside my icon vest and thought that it was pretty touching that icon would sew that in there. Ever since then ive had it with me. Before a long ride ill ask him to protect me on my trip. So far so good.

 

Its serving other purposes for him! jk

^^ Haha you got me... I tried to delete it because I felt bad... but o well.. and ill edit this post when I get home and have both sets of keys.

 

That's pretty cool man. I wonder if Icon did that or if it was maybe a PO of the vest or maybe the shop you got it from? Either way that's awesome. I wonder if they do it to all of their products...

 

I have no clue. Ive never heard any one else having one in there gear. The vest was brand new and im pretty sure it was sewn in at the factory. It had this little leather strap holding it in thr very upper corner of the pocket. Hard to feel but i just happend to put my hand in and got a small feel of it so i started looking and wahla there it was. Made me feel good. haha

EDIT: i just googled it and apparently they hide the medals in alot of there gear. They just make it hard to notice. I like it though.

 

Icon has those in every jacket...or at least they used to. I've had those in all 3 of the Icon jackets I've had.

 

That's really cool. I wonder If I they were in the two icon jackets I just sold my brother.
