You know what really grinds my gears!

Maybe for working out, but for riding the newer ipods suck donkey. Touch screen only? Thanks for screwing us on that one. I've been using my ipod nano gen 2 since 06 because it still has a rotary dial. I can change songs and volume threw my pants pocket while riding. Try that with a shuffle. As for itunes, what does it have to do with anything? The ipod just plays songs from its list, and you simply click "add song" to put it on the list. Granted the newest version of itunes is impossible to use, so if your talking about latest and greatest your probably right. Signed, the guy who still uses a flip phone, on purpose.

Not much touch on my shuffle and for only $40 , and I don't like iTunes because not a lot of my music is mp3, AAC or ALAC not do I really wish to convert it. On top of all that, I disagree with Apple's business policy of "if its not broken buy a new one," and "just buy the most expensive one you can afford." I like to be able to decide what I want instead of letting apple do everything for me. There is a lot I find distasteful about Apple but that is a different discussion that normally degrades people who don't like Apple labelled as "haters," people who like Apple products not willing to listen to facts and people who don't care in the middle not caring even more.
