Default Workout routines

Just wondering if you guys have any. Don't know why, but after quitting smoking, I just had the urge to start working out again, maybe because I foresee lung capacity again, lol.

So far all I got is my custom pushups to start me back in it (look at front wall [not ground], straight wrist [no flat hands], 2 seconds dropping, 2 seconds rising [nice and slow]) I can only do about 15 of these at a time right now (do 4 sets every 2 minutes [in between sets right now])

Idk how much I believe in bars and all, not trying to get huge, just more muscle tone and a LITTLE more bulk (which I realize doesn't hit all people at 19, some have to wait till 25 ish, some are just skinny, haha)

So what do you guys do? Share, suggest, etc.

i don't work out as much as i would like. i really should start doing it again. my friend bought those perfect pushups and they actually do work pretty well. i don't really have a routine besides doing lower body one day and then upper the next.

Yeah, my straight wrist thing is a substitute for the perfect pushups, the flat hand thing is bad for your joints, as are fast pushups with all the bouncing and weight shifting, that's why I do them smooth and slow, no jolts.

But until I get the perfect pushup bar things, I use old t-shirts as cushions and hold a folded calf sock in each hand (to keep my fingers from stabbing me)

I work out regularly, all at home. Have everything to do what i need, rack, sled, cable setup, its not some pro setup but it works for me. I dont know if what i do would be any good for you though soccer. After my chemotherapy, and a few broken bones trying to rehab i was down to 150lbs at 6 foot 2. So i really needed to get back in shape and put on lbs. I was almost 200 before my recent setback here, and shooting for 225 again. I was lifting 5 times a week, different area every day but the results werent so hot. I now changed to a whole body blast 3 times a week and have been gaining steadily, and i have more free time to ***** here

LOL, I totally hear you on that one, I work at a ChickFilA, our fry boxes weigh like 30 lbs so I carry 3 at a time up to the dethaw cabinet, I'm always pushing the carry limit there, 2 50 lb sugar bags, 3-4 36 lb frozen chicken boxes, etc. Unloading truck used to be my favorite job during the summer, but with school I'm not trying to wake up that early.

TK, chemo??? What happened man? And at 6.2/200 you musta been beasty, I'm 6.1 and only weigh like 175. Saw one of my old HS friends this week and he had bulked up, made me envious

Cancer 6 years ago, gone now but it took its toll. I was not beastly by any means, just in decent shape. Back at almost 200 now and id say i look average, when i get to 225 i should look good. Im prolly a lil on the high side of 6,2 and pretty long, so its hard to look big.
