Words. They can't convey my anger right now.

Problem is...it's an hour and 15 minutes away, the class starts at 8:30AM and apparently if you show up late you forfeit your tuition.
So, I am in a hard place...they don't open until 8. It's a long drive down and I'm just a kid so I don't have tons of gas money to spend taking a 2 and a half hour drive if they won't do anything for me.
I'm screwed no matter how you look at it.

They made the change, get on the phone. I'm betting they will refund you,
in this case. If you call soonest, don't wait around.
Have you asked at work, maybe they'll throw some sympathy your way.
Catch your breath and start working the angles. Can't hurt to ask,
volunter to work the next two days, see if anyone can trade shifts.
Yeah, the season might have just got shorter, but re-read the first part of your post.
Dude, you've got it good and lots of time to savor it.
Good luck, Ern

id still show up. i didn't do a harley riding course, but my msf was very laid back and relaxed. i'm sure if you'd show up - you'd be in like flint. i mean, it is honestly just riding a few small bikes around a big parking lot - i'm sure you'd be fine if you just calmly explained your situation

They rescheduled you, so they should give you a refund at least. It was their fault that they couldn't get you in, not yours.
And I'd have a chat with your boss, explain the situation, and see what he/she says. I would be sympathetic to that.
Conrice's idea is a good one, too. Bit of a drive to get turned away, though. Maybe you could call ahead and explain...maybe they will find a way to fit you in anyway.

Dude, you have more going for you at 18 than most people do in there 30's. It sounds like you have a lot going for you. In all honesty, if at 18 I was in your same sitution, there isn't anything that could get me upset. Relax a bit and look for a way to solve the problem. No need to be so upset that words cant describe your anger.
Having said that, I would still probably take the ride there. It sounds like someone on their end dropped the ball and didn't get calls out in time. The day before an event is not enough time to cancel someone. I'd show up and say I never got the message. Trust me when I say this person probably called nearly everyone listed for that day and only the ones that called back got rescheduled. In my eyes, your still on.
Also with that, if you didn't call back and don't show up, you are now in breach of contract and they can with-hold your money since you are not officially rescheduled. I'd say at this point, the only option is to show up and hope for the best.

Ditto! Take some time to analyze, there is an angle there. Just ask and be level headed, you'd be surprised what people do when you explain a situation calmly.
