doubt it, but it 'might' with the tailgate locked (however they work) straight out from the rear.

My guess would be if the passenger seat was removed there would be plenty of room

yeeeaa but wouldnt a trailor hitch hinder the jeep ground clearance? lol! woulndt that be a sight, a bike strapped down in a scambler rock crawling. That would be like mountain dew! EXTREME!

lol

good hitches should be fairly close to the rear bumper and the receiver have the drop you need down to the trailer, but with jackup 4x4's all depends on how ya got it setup lol

A good hitch can also be used as a tool to help slide over rocks. The tuff hitch is waay harder to damage then a rear bumper.

... that extra weight on top of your jeep is going to make it even more top heavy than it already would be. Don't get me wrong, jeeps are made for rolling. I just sure as hell don't want my bike in the back when it goes over
