WHO BOUGHT WHAT TAX MONEY new bike?
 

if you got a new bike, some upgrade goodies, new gear, lets hear it! i hit the honda shop today for some parts. almost purchased a new lid. loved all is metalic metal flake graphics but i just didnt think it would look right if i end up blacking out my bike. and the fact that my alpine stars leather is solid black.

So far 2 new helmets cct,maybe another bike :)

I got repsol fairings , new driven 520 sprocket and RK chain. New LED with turn signal integrated tail light. Security and remote start. New battery also new spike bolt kit for my fairings and windshield. Also got new full carbon fiber d & d exhaust. Also dyno jet programmer. New repsol helmet with mow hawk and jacket to match my new fairings. Also new sticker decal kit .Now just got to get my tank painted. Also got new carbon fiber mirrors.

Um tax money? Think the envelope from the IRS will contain an audit notice this year (actually damn sure it will) :p

Luckily I can cover it :D

I didn't really use my return money to buy my new tires, sprockets, battery, tools, stands, etc.. (Or the new gear and bags I haven't quite decided on yet). But... it may have made the decision to get all this stuff a little easier.... :icon_teeth:

I've thought about buying a new bike.... but.... I don't really need it.

How is it you guys get money back? I owe money to Uncle Sam AND DC!! I have the max taken out of my checks... what gives!!! I'm even including the interest payments for my school loans. I guess it's a crime to be single, no kids, and not own a house. Glad I could help you guys out with buying your toys ;) .

Dont feel bad marc0011. Im married and we both work. She claims 0 and i claimed 1 for like 6 months and we will be lucky if we dont owe. I dont know what we did different from last year but we are getting screwed.

I havent filed yet but hopefully it'll get me back on 2 wheels. Driving around in a Porsche convertible is fun especially since I dont have to wear a helmet... but Sometimes I wanna lean ;P

I picked up some a*s gp plus gloves. I may pick up an new lid.



Most of it is going into my new bike fund.

got our return this morning. already took care of the credit card bill that went up a lil since i was off work for awhile.

gonna get some new plastics ordered. looking for a full exhaust system for a decent price. also need to get a set of sprockets and a chain. and suppose a set of rubber will be soon as well.

sweeet! glad to see everyones getting ready to go. man mahoney 88 let me know before you hit the shop again so i can buy some stock in it first! id like to see some pics when its done. i got my fairings last week. fresh pump for the petro. fuel lines/ filter. maybe get a new front tire yet. and congrats to the guy that got the bike!

Can't wait to get all this put on my bike it's still cold here in Illinois but it's been warming up to the 40s and melting the snow so im hopeful winter is almost over :icon_bike:... also just got a new battery and black spiked hand grips that say cbr on them. Also got like ten new sponsorship patches to get put on my leather repsol jacket.

I got myself a new FMF slipon and new bar ends for my F4i. Not bad for a kid who worked for minimum wage and got laid off in August. lol

Amen to that. It's supposed to be in the 40s here, too, so I think I'm gonna get to ride. I can still see my breath, but that's ok... I just don't like the sub-zero snow and ice crap. :)
I'll at least get the KLR out today and tomorrow, and make up some excuse to go somewhere... :D

ive been under the weather. and awoke from my nap today to to hear a bike in front of my house. the neighbor bought him self some new vintage iorn with his tax mo. and brought it over for some show and tell. man everyones getting new bikes! it looked great sitting in the drive with snow around it. weather close to 40 today. wish he never came over!!!!!!!!! i was jelous as h**l as he pulled away and vanished into the sunshine..

Bought too much stuff...

This winter needs to hurry up and end before I go broke....

Sorry to hear you're getting screwed, but it's nice to know I'm not the only one getting screwed. It's just that things are wearing out on the ol F3 faster than I can come up with the money to replace the parts. Maybe my problem is new parts break old parts? If I WAS getting a nice return, I would use it to get one of these.

You guys and your tax returns. I guess I jumped up a bracket this year cause I definately owe to the fed. Probably owe state too but I haven't done those forms yet. Need to stop by the post office and get the entire packet. Hell, I'll be lucky if I even have the bike running for this summer. Things are so tight right now. My present this year will be oil, a filter, and a stator cover gasket. I think that is all I really need to get the bike running.

I hear ya. :icon_doh: Bought everything at during the winter except my tires and trunk. I will buy the tires as soon as it warms up here. I will buy the Michelin power pures and the Givi E55 with the admore lights.

i got the rest of the stuff to finish up my Ferrari fxx theme bike... flush mount signals the rest of my stainless/muffler/exhaust tip for my custom exhaust, some red accent leds, crap load of fiberglass and fiberglass resin-en to finish modding my fairings, black chicken wire, some decals, a Italian engineering tank pad, black paint, alot of nick knack stuff.....

gotta slow down though... babies due in end of may/ beginning of june....

I will be buying my new bike, and most (if not all my gear), insurance and everything else Ill need. Then after that Im going to blow the rest of it on a pack of smokes.

started sanding my plastics tonight with the 150 grit. since i have all the fine grit im gonna pick up some more 150, 220, high build primer, and paint tom. man i just cannot decide..! black on black. or satin black frame, metalic silver body!!!!!!! im still gimpn around lookn for a f4i split tail and sub frame to finish the body conversion. as soon as i do, that moneys spent.
