Holy hell what the hell is that? I fish, but I've never seen anything like that up here in Maine.....

 

I assume that you are not 2 feet tall, which makes that a freaking massive fish. Great stuff, holy $hat.

 

It's a 30.5 lbs common carp. In all we shot 48 fish that day totaling over 1000 lbs of fish. I'm 5'10" to make it more relative. My buddy in the video linked caught a 39.4 lbs one that day to set state record.

I'm pretty sure that's a carp, and a big **** carp it is, lol...I don't hunt, but I fish every once in awhile, grew up on a lake, well, waterfront and it was natural to fish almost everyday. I hate it though when you're crappie hunting and those lil bastard bluegills somehow nibble off the bait and get away! I clean/cook catfish, bluegill, etc...never had carp, but from what I've heard, they make a purdy good dinner!? BTW, nice catch!

 

Shot? as in with a gun? what ever happened to fishing with a fishing rod?
