Whats your user name mean?
To the rest of the world (including my wife), my nick-name Ernie (Ern)
is who I am. I aquired that, when I was a geeky/gawky kid who looked just like Ernie
Douglas (from My Three Sons, an old tv show), right down to the coke-bottles and
pocket-protectors. You, young-uns, may have to google some of those references. lol

Mine was given to me by a friend. We were out camping and since I could start the generator she made the statment to her husband that I could do a lot for a little girl. It has since become a phrase that we use any time someone does anything, after all, how hard is it to start a generator...
mine was the name of a euro- car club in my area that i used to hang out with when i was into vw's and audi's. con(negative)rice(jap slow 4 banger imports). that was before i knew anything about or cared about bikes....
and yes, i know that it's very ironic.... (jap bike, 4 cyl motor, etc.)
still though, not even close to the same thing...

The first forum I ever joined was dedicated to electronics and DIY speaker building. The first name that came to mind was Sparky but there were already 2 or 3 variations of that being used, so, Sparkman.
When I got ready to join CBRF, I started looking for an avatar and happened upon this Darwin Award candidate and felt it fit the name so I stuck with it.

When I was younger, I was really into ATVs/Motorcycles. The first bike I ever owned for myself was a Kx100.
I was having trouble changing an oil filter one day, and stumbled across a motorcycle forum online. When prompted for a username, I remembered the sensation of 'flying' the first time I ever got 6ft+ of air. Also, being 12 years old, I was still technically a boy. So I came up with 'flyboy.' Unfortunately, in Ebonics 'fly' means cool or something similar, so someone had already taken the name. So I tacked on the month of my birth, 12, and my number, 94.
7 years later I still use the same name. I actually sold my last quad (2005 450R) to afford my CBR.
