Whats a normal heart rate?
Basicaly whats a normal resting heart rate?
The Doc gave me these new drugs for my wrist: Propoxyphene. There these pink pills that say 890 on them. The bottle said may cause drowsiness and all that. I took 1 and it stated to help, but wasnt really dong the trick, so i took another, and now it seems like im all gittery. My hand are kinda shaking, I am now really hungry, and awake. My heart rate was at 68, I think if i did it right.
Oh yeah, I looked at the bottle and it said take 1 every 4-6 hours. Ooopps, maybe I shouldnt have taken 2. I dunno I aint a doc.

Steady, Bud, you've overdone it........wait and only take as prescribed.
Your heart rate is fine, you've juiced up your nervous system, I think.....almost like 5 cups of espresso in one hit........eyes like a raped owl and shaky hands......yup !

I have to disagree with Nauree... 60 is pretty low for an average person. for a marathon runner or hardcore cyclist thats another story.
