ORIGINAL: some guy #2

Anyone think we will be disappointed when the CERN particle accelerator doens't prove what we think it should?

Yeah, I`m a little apprehensive about a device that is supposed to simulate the big bang but is brought to its knees by a $21M faulty electrical connection. When they fix it, it`ll probably end up tearing a hole in the space time continuum or some crap like that, spilling out demons and undead. Then we'll will have to rely on Gordon Freeman to save our collective *****.

I spend time everyday at sites like space.com and various physics, engineering and tech places. I read a LOT on these subjects and string theory in it's various forms is basically sound (so are a lot of other *wild* ideas on any given day). I have a link to a site that represents 5 different *views* on string theory, if I can find it here at work I'll post it.

RePost.

CBRForum has already completely disproven string theory.

Next time, come up with an idea which is worth our consideration and discussion as a reputable motorcycle forum.

I for one, am offended to see such Mickey Mouse BS.

This is a good video on it, me thinks.

I like to get into discussions about this at parties, it totally blows peoples minds when you get to about the 5th dimension. Then they think you are psycho for being able to explain it to them.
