a 1977 CB125T, a inline twin cylinder that was kind of hammered, had a stripped out kickstarter so it had to be bump started, and a clutch that did not release all the way. So coming into intersections I would frantically try to get it in nuetral, but is very difficult with a load on the tranny. Sometimes it would stall at a light, then it is easy to get nuetral..so the light goes green and I would be running across the intersection and hop on and smack it into 2nd gear, it would jump to life and I would be off!!
Then I got a Honda Elite 150 scooter, then a Rebel 250, a Ninja 250 was next, then it becomes all a blur... (4) FZR600, (5) Ninja 900's, (3) EX500, (4) FZR1000, (3) FZ700, (2) FZ600, (2) CBR600 Hurricane, (3) CBR600F2, (2) CBR600F4, (5) YSR 50, (1) CH250 Elite scooter, (1) Ninja 750, (1) Bandit 400, (1) 82 Katana 550, (1) VFR750, (1) Yamaha Riva 200 scooter, (1) Katana 600, another Ninja 250, (1) CBR900RR, (1) FZ1, (1) R1, (1) GPZ750, (1) Yamaha Radian 600..and I am sure I missed some..
Wow I just counted it and that is about 50 bikes I have had since I started riding in 1985...I have lots of miles also!! I rode one of the FZR600's across the US 3 times in 1 year!! It had almost 80,000 miles in that year; then it was stolen ( idiots!!) but it looked new since it was all freeway miles mostly..told the insurance company it had about 6,000 miles ( suckers!!)

Hey MGA that picture is a 88 Ninja 600 ( released in late 87) it was the new bodystyle that carried over until they stopped making it in 1997..I wanted on of those things bad!! I still have the original sales brochure for it! It was available in the Black/Red (shown) or the Candy Red/Gray
The 87 ( there were 2 models really the aluminum frame model ( which itself was an early release in 86 and sold out) and that body style was from 85-87, the 87 was red/gray with white wheels)

I thought I bought it in 87 maybe it was 88 , I remember cleaning those red wheels was a pain.
Still have my old black with red stripe Arai (Snell 85) helmet.
