Any idea the price difference between taking tires off and bringing them in to get changed or bringing your whole bike in?
yeah big difference. i took my f4i to East Coast Cycle Center 2 yrs ago. had my own tires. they charged 70 per tire to remove, mount and balance and ditch the old ones. i had no choice bc i was in a jam. this time around i took the tires off my 600rr and it was 25 to mount and 15 to balance per tire. they also filled them up with nitrogen and not just air.

it took me all of 25 minutes to remove both wheels. i havent had a chance to put them back on.

if you go to a local shop and not a dealer i'd put money on it that it be even cheaper to mount and balance. but ima bit **** and took it to honda.

Mine is currently all apart in the basement. I started to just do a few things. Then I figured that since it is apart this far why not do this and that, too. The mod list grows. By the time I get it back together and fire it up I will have done:

1. Intake flapper mod (remove intake flappers and related vacuum hoses, diaphragms, etc.)

2. PAIR block-off mod

3. Weld O2 sensor bung onto exhaust headers

4. Sandblast and high temp paint headers with satin black

5. Install Bazazz Z-bomb timing retard calibrator

6. Install Bazazz Z-Fi fuel control module

7. Install Bazazz Z-AFM auto air fuel mapping module

8. HRC 1/6 turn throttle kit

9. Spider throttle grips

10. Remove resistors on rear LED signals and install LED compatible turn signal relay

11. BT-016 tires
