First Bike I rode was a Husqvarna 50, then a 125, then a 400.
They were my uncles extra race bikes and he let us kick our own butts on them.
When I moved to utah then my friendsmaxim 400 then a ninja 500 or whatever.
First Bike I owned is my Hurricane.
Now I want either a 07 600 or 1000rr.

1970ish honda (dirt) not sure what cc but it was a little and had these wide tires perfect for riding in the washes and sand age 15-18(it took some beatings loved it till somebody jacked it with my other bikes too )
1992-yanmi (street) 599cc age 21-26

I learned how to ride on a CR125. Then once I got it down I started riding a (Don’t make fun of me!) HD Sportster around on the weekends with some guys from work. Then went out with a buddy and bought a CRF250R. Later I got the itch for a street bike and got my CBR1000RR. Thats my story. And no regrets.

 

I learned how to ride on a 1979 Honda XR75 the baddest 5 speed manual 75cc bike around, Hehe at least I thought so... Still runs to this day, and starts on the first kick.

Mine was an 89 hurricane 600 traded a riding lawn mower for it all black aftermarket farings i never even reg. the bike it had tags from a 81 suz. 1200, that was back in 92. damn that was a long time ago i rode a friends ex 550 i think thats what those were either that or 500

Just take it slow, walk it up and down the street with it turned off, so you get used to moving it in parking lots, and don't be a squid because it will hurt.

Aside from about 75 feet on a FZR600 about 12 years ago, my 1000RR is the first bike I have driven. Never ridden a cruiser, not sure I want to.
