so my dads employer called me today (i know him pretty well) and asked me if there was anything my dad would want for his motorcycle, like arouns $100-$200. now, my dad rides a 2008 Ducati 1098, so for the most part, things are expensive for it.

he already has a seat, and a cowl, and an open clutch cover. so i don;t know what to suggest. idk if anyone in here has any relation to ducatis but if you have any ideas throw them up here.

i already tried logging onto his ducati forum, and seeing if i could hide a thread from him (like i'm pretty sure you can do here) but you can't so thats out.

 

Ducatis already come pretty pimped out stock...why don't you just create a bogus name that he could never guess and pose this question over there, except say you are looking for something to get for YOUR OWN bike. If you get lucky enough, he might even respond and pick his own mod.

how about a bike cover, rear stand , or maybe frame sliders (if they make them for a DUC)... not sure how much those would be on a ducati though

take that $100-$200 if you can from your dads employer and use it for gas/food and go on a trip with your dad. memories are worth more than parts.
