Me and my bro just sold a cutlass we built up with a oval port 454 bbc, bored out to a 468, with an edelbrock cam, intake, carb, 3 inch pipe off the custom manifolds into a pair of flowmaster 50's with the tips dumping behind the back of the rear rubber that we built over the winter, well not really sold, traded it for the 71 Nova SS that were building now. Wanna race either of them for something? . Honestly, no offense but I just don't understand why people pile money into mods and performance upgrades on what are essentially disposable cars. That whole, you can polish a turd all you want, at the end of the day it's still a turd philosphy. Not knocking down your neon, just never understood why people build em, people are doing the same thing nowadays with cobalts, don't get it either.

 

Currently driving a 97 Grand Cherokee, Minnesotan here dont'cha know, a 01 F4i I just finished bodywork on that the previous owner laid down, (paints done, just need the fairing graphics now, prolly going to paint custom ones on) and our current project here is a numbers matching 71 Nova SS. Car's change pretty often around here, me and my brother build and sell muscle cars out of the garage and at a shop he runs, also got a Sunfire GT for my fiancee, <shrugs>, she wanted it.
