She's not dumb, or greedy...this bitch is taking a stand against egregious corporate lack of concern for the customer. Months of waiting, of being lied to about theft, wondering w h e r e the **** your personal data went? I would be ten times more postal than she is, ****. If this woman only sued for the approximate value of loss, no one would hear about it. But if she posts up a huge attention-getting number of $50 mil, then millions more people will become aware of how stank BB is. It's not about the money, she'll never be awarded that much, it's about blowing the whistle loud enough for all to hear. It's called chain-rattling, dumbasses, it's the only way to expose unethical, faceless, greed monsters l i k e Best Buy.

I see your and her point, i really do. However the problem is she will prolly still get 10-20 mil which is stupid, and 2ndly when its all over nothing will change, well BB will raise it prices on everything to cover their loss of course.People wont stop shopping there, and perhaps they will change policy, but we wont even know it happened.

Sorry, no. The case was dismissed and the woman had to pay Best Buy's legal fees. Apparently her lawyer failed with a specific procedure, somehow.
