it has been a while, and i doubt that i've ever really given a straight answer to this question before anyway:
i design/program/install/upgrade the computer systems and networks used to control automated manufacturing, primarily for govt-regulated industries (nuclear, pharmaceutical, food...) so i get to enjoy frequent changes in scenery, play with industrial-grade toys, and fill out lots of paperwork.
used to have a private business on the side producing marketing materials and coding websites, but i don't do much of that anymore.

I work for the largest gaming company in the world at one of it's smallest casinos (after Katrina) but I run all 7 food venues as the Food & Beverage Manager. I have spent my life working in restaurants in every position from prep and dish washing to serving to managing and I love it! I don't think you last in restaurants unless you love it. That being said, my dream job would be professional poker player. I dealt poker in Reno for a bit but looove to play. What's your dream job?

"Operator" is my title.
I run a machine called a "slitter" it cuts large amounts of plastic into smaller sections.
I also operate various cranes ranging from small to big, some are mounted to the roof of our factory and lift as much as 50,000 pound loads.
I also operate various forktrucks and lifts.
It's a factory job and its not the greatest but..
It pays damn good.
Eventually Im going to empty my 401k and start my own business so people can work for me while I enjoy life

I'm a trim carpenter, strictly commercial. All of the wood in those fancy hotel/bank/colleges?
...that's me. I deal in 64ths...a 1/6" means I blew the cut. Everything is pre-finished,
so there's no sanding it in. It's either right or it's wrong.
Used to trim high-end houses/residential. I talking a little house was 4500 sq ft.
Mostly eight to ten thousand (and up) and in the $750k+ market.
Before that put in about 8-10 years in cabinet shops.
So I'm basically a wood-stud. If you can picture it,
I can build it. From a jewelry box to a 5-story lobby.

I'm an architectural drafter/project manager. My firm deals mostly with small to medium size commercial buildings up to 300,000 s.f. Right now, I'm looking to get out of it and into steel detailing. All the money in an architecture firm goes straight to the top. They justify it because they spent a fortune on school.
Eventually, I want to be a property investor (managing rentals, flipping homes, etc).
