Just this last Monday I was working at the Fire House and we get a call, MVA truck -V- Bike. When we pull up on scene we see the bike and truck but don't notice any damage yet, well app. the guy on the bike had been following the truck which he states ( the biker ) that the pickup truck was going slow just to mess with him so he passes the truck. But the driver of the truck didn't like that so he speed up and wen't to pass the bike but when he did this he also cut the bike off clipping him on the left side, the guy on the bike was able to pull his leg up just in time but the truck ripped off his shifter, foot peg lower fairing and looks like he bent the swing arm. But the guy on the bike never went down, lucky for the biker a lady that works for the tag office had seen the whole thing. The guy in the truck is in some trouble now!!!!!

 

when you pull a stunt like that i believe they will charge you with assault with a deadly weapon, weapon being the car.
