Congrats voodoo!!!
Nice lookin pad.
Looks adequate for the "Official CBR Forum Gathering"

You forgot to post the picture of you and your new neighbors in the backyard.
Hahaha!!! I actually was the one that posted that pic. Unfortunately, my backyard is a little too small for a redneck pool. We are going to save up for a two person hot tub, though (or wait for next years tax returns). As far as a CBR Forum gathering...everyone is welcome at my house. Too bad there are only a handfull of people close enough to come over.

oddly enough i'm headed out that way in june.... i got some familly out there so i'll be in the state at least.

Nice digs brother. Enjoy the freedom of owning a home. Better to pay a bank for something you will own, than paying someone elses mortgage. Congrats.

In this house, beef isALWAYS cooked medium-rare, and fruit in a beer...save it for people who don't like beer. Can't wait to have you over!

We love the red wine, too. Do yourself a favor, and try some "Old Vine Zinfandel". Not white zin...you may as well drink bong water or swallow when you have a nose bleed. Old Vine Zin is a great option to the standard red wine options...come on over!
