I think the fact that he is loosing the time outs makes an even cooler tradition.

 

i guess UCLA is going to call a timeout at the beginning of the game to even things up. how nice of them...

 

I get being in it for the fans, but giving up a timeout per half for a jersey color is getting a bit wacky...why do they want to do this again?

 

They are going to do it because UCLA couldn't compete in the Big East this year let alone against USC. USC by 28 at least in this one, even w/o time outs.

I think it's a cool idea, if the team colors are not close to each other, why not let them wear them? The UCLA baby blue vs the USC red... nice.

 

^^I agree with jfunkrr. If the colors do not match in any manner then why should it matter.
