Unbelievably pissed!
I put my deposit down on a HP4 Standard January 22nd. Been checking with my dealer regularly (weekly) to find out when it would arrive. Eta given was March - beginning of April. Scheduled Total Control ARC for April 27th. Haven't touched my bike since Jan 22nd since it's part of the trade.
Then today when I call for an update I find out my bike, which according to the updates I've been given should be on the water, HASN'T EVEN ENTERED PRODUCTION! On top of the ARC class being screwed (cause the new eta is now May), my girlfriend has a lead on a better job. One where she'll need the car to get to training and work.
I am unbelievably pissed right now. The girlfriend thing came up unexpectedly. But one of the things I expressed before dropping the deposit was I have the bike in time for the ARC class. Of course the only options available are asking for my deposit back and giving up on an HP4. Or sucking it up and accepting the delay.
Just had to vent before I go punch a dbag

hmmm....
i don't know man, like i said that's a tough call.... if you were sitting it out another month or so due to weather, it may not be that bad, but if you could ride tomorrow....
have you yelled at them and explained you already signed up for a riding course that you can't get a refund for?
did they offer to do anything for you?

Right Demon 13 is an unlucky number & by the time it's in production it may well be 2014 anyway.
I can use Yolie for about 1k miles. Then it'll affect the trade. Plus any additional blemishes she may accrue.
Taking a dealer loaner to the ARC is out of the question. They may give me something like a sport tourer. And I'd be hesitant on any machine except my own.
