Default Tri-flex fabric? safe?

I looking at the Xelement Tri Flex /leather pants and was wondering about the material Tri Flex. I read that Mesh will burn and melt into your skin, and was curious about this fabric.

any ideas?

Thanks

I just cant imagin sliding for so long that the fabric reaches its melting point and does more damage to you. I havent done any research on it though so i cant say much.

How much of the pants are mesh where this would be a concern? Even then like fenatic said id think youd stop sliding or the mesh would get torn through before it melted on to you unless it was thick and durable enough to withstand the slide. Im just stayin away from mesh after thinking about that happening anyway. Sounds painful. But then again sliding on asphalt doesnt feel good either.
