Tommy Aquino has passed away during training.
For anyone who has followed AMA racing for the last couple of years - Tommy Aquino (he was teammates with Josh Herrin a couple of years ago at Graves) has passed away from an accident in motocross training. He raced in super stock BSB last year.

It's a terrible loss. He was very young and very talented.
