ive got a friend with one in his truck, and i got to fool around with it for a bit (the only other gps i have ever screwed with was one of those very first garmins) anyway, i loved it. they have the version made especially for bikes, and ive got one on its way out here. has anyone ever had and dealings with tom tom's, or maybe any other type of gps on their bike?

RE: tom tom
I have had a GPS on my bikes for several years. I gotta mount one up on the 1000RR so I can go exploring some more. I think I got everything I need... just gotta find the time.
For exploring and taking trips and what-not, it's great. For just farting around and getting your accurate speed and top speed, it's fun.
