I agree with xcrunr1647 on 1-3. Especially 3. To me it sounds like its not getting enough airflow in the center to dry out and really clot up thats why it looks yellowish. You'll be fine and I wouldn't go to the doctor but def let it air out. Keep the neo on it at all times. Sometimes clean it with an alcohol pad (which sucks) and then do fresh neo.

Okay, I was under the impression your rash was worse than that. Carry on.
