Default To those who had amazing weather today...

Check in!

I finally got to put some time in the saddle of the 929 today. Amazing. Running so much stronger than the day I brought it home.

It was 68 F*CKING DEGREES TODAY!!! Nothing but sunshine!

My bikes battery is drained. Apparently satisfying that child-like craze to go look at the HID's without the bike running got the best of me, lol. Thing died on me 5 times today. Gotta love friends. Got 4 jumps and now, finally, my bike sits in the parking lot at work. Deader dan ****. A jump won't even start it (though she had a weird facking battery... IT HAD FUSES ON IT!!!).

Anyway, even through sitting in intervals waiting for a jump to show up, I had a gawdamn blast. The 929 is a slick bike and I can't wait until I get some actual rubber on it. I'll have to post some pics of my tire tomorrow. Most people here will **** and I"m sure I'll get a great deal of **** for it but I can't help it. Rubber is expensive!

So who else had kick *** Saturday?

I learned jumping your battery will screw it up. It wont charge right after.

46 degrees and sunny here today in PA. Got the winter gear on, gassed up and hit the road for a couple hours just cruising around. Can't wait for more warm weather. What a great day.

Saturday was a little chilly but I still went out with a buddy for a few minutes. Sunday though we put in about a 150 mile ride. What limited us is he just started riding about 2 months ago and doesn't have any real gear other than a helmet he's been borrowing from his brother, which of course gave him a headache.
