Default Thinking of ideas for new paint scheme

Just trying to think of design ideas for my bike when it comes time to paint it. I'm going to be going with all flat/satin paint when this will be done. The colors I've decided on at the moment are a dark charcol/gunmetal color with a green accent color and silver stripe dividing the two. Not real sure if I like the front fender with the green on it or just leave it a solid color. If anyone had some ideas of what would look better please say so. I'm open for any and all suggestions for designs.

Here are the pictures. Number 2 is my favorite so far...

Design 1:

Design 2:

You stole the paint scheme from a helmet design.

And what's wrong with that?

Some people paint their helmets to match their bikes, some do the opposite.

What are you, the art police. Why is that a bad thing.

It's a great idea, but I think the convex green shape fights too much with the lines of the fairings. Try following the lines of just the mid-fairing with the green, and the star on number two looks the best to me. The third one says 'Cowboys' too much--unless that's what you're after.

i agree w/ SpiritRR, but i'd say also to try to flow w/ the line of the front fender.

the two colors look good together.

maybe do the emblems in the same green. stay away from the "cowboys" star for sure.

I like the 2nd one the best. If you really like the rounded design go with what you like. I like pointy stuff, but my photoshop skills suck.

do the front fender like you have it but leave a black strip offset by the silver striping down the middle of it.

I do like fuze's rendition, maybe straighten up the lines a little. j/k fuze. I dont even know how to do photoshop stuff. good effort.

just remembered, I was gonna suggest green rims too.

Love the idea for the front fender and rims Dluv. Do you think it would be better to paint the whole rim green or just the lip of the rims?

I like rounded stuff, but pointy stuff seems to go better with this bike. fuze, I like that one that you made up. It kinda resembles the honda wing that are on the bikes. I was trying to keep the green color off of the tank if possible so I made up one like you had with my file from photoshop, then another where the green didn't go onto the tank but has a sharper line instead of the rounded one.
