Thinkin about robbing a texan's neighbor? Think again.
This happened months ago but shows that there are people out there willing to put their lives at risk for you. I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of people that say this was murder but guess what, when you commit a crime you lose your rights (I say that and criminals are set free everyday). They had it coming to them.

Definitely good for him unless they did not directly threaten his life. I don't know what the laws are in TX, but upon assessing whether or not they had a more deadly weapon or implied deadly force upon me, they would be down. I believe that people should be protected by the good samaritan law.
I was recently promoted to sgt. at my part time night job, and I would only engage equal force. For that very reason that the law can backfire on a private citizen.
