That is some insane **** right there! I cant believe these frames are made so chincy. I can understand reducing weight, but reliability needs to be a big factor too!

Be sure you check out the entire thread, this isnt very uncommon in the '06-'08 I guess.

thats pretty nuts. Im fond of suzuki products. But that makes you look think they need to seriously make a recall on those bikes. what if one had a fracture in the frame and you hit a good enough bump... could/would it split in two. Maybe its just me, but I like to know in my mind, my ride isnt going to split in half somewhere down the freeway. I was going to mention maybe this guy was just hard on the bike.. but as you said a lot of people report the same issue. Call the big wigs!

That shi7 is f'd up.

My g/f wants a gsxr 750, BullShi7 after seeing that,she won't be dating me when she gets it. i will convert her to honda, or at least yamaha or something.
