Damn, you tore both tendons? I feel for ya bro. Mine was for bones rubbing up against each other -- decompression is what they called it. My other shoulder needs it also but screw that -- I don't throw left handed so it can wait

 

unfortunatly with the work i do i need both done, they have been gettin worse the past 6 months. i tried to do excersises today and it hurt like h*ll. it will get better soon...i hope...good luck with yur surgery on friday hope it all goes well
