Not a person, but if you need aftermarket upgrade done in Hawaii, Rev-tech is the best place to go. As far as mechanics... I am happy with where I have been going. But I would not say they are the best.

 

Not quite a Mechanic, but if you need Frame, Alignment, or Suspension work (Cars/Trucks/SUVs, No bikes sorry) near Hollywood, CA, then Simpson Frame and Alignment is the place to go. Might be a little bit more expensive, but you get absolutely quality work.

 

I live in Dallas, but I trust these guys so much, that I ship all of my bikes to them so they can work on them, major stuf anyways...

awesome guys, If you are in the San Francisco, Bay Area; they have great labor costs, a dyno and a full suit of tools. They have a ton of bikes in front of their shop but they were able to get to my bike the same day.
