STOLEN 2000 CBR F4/F4i. Red/Black
 

Hey guys, don't come on here that often but I figured this was an ok place to post this just in case someone comes across my parts.

My numbers 5103039677


RECOVERED

My CBR F4 was stolen from an apartment on Center St in Castro Valley, California last night. It's got:
-F4i fairings
-Corbin seat with yellow trim
-the front fairing is rattle canned red so slightly darker then the rest of the bike.
-brand new Bridgestone S20R tires
-driven sticker covering really bad scrape on left fairing.
-extended black sliders
-pointy eBay side mirrors
-one small dent on left side of tank
-yoshimura slip on
-gold chain
-found left side mirror broken by where i parked it so it won't have that and the other side mirror is cracked on the back
Fairings look ok but all except the rear have broken/repaired tabs, repairs with jb weld plastic weld so they probably won't get sold

Damn, that sucks. I hate thieves. I hope they catch the bastards that took it and you can get it all back.

Keep an eye out on Ebay for distinctive parts. I would put an ad up on craigslist. But I wouldn't say you've had your bike stolen. I'd put an ad up saying you're looking for parts - or looking for a project/part bike. Maybe that could trap the guy who stole it. Or maybe say you're looking for a track bike or a stunt bike (since it's an f4i) and you don't care about the condition. You may get an email from a guy that's looking to unload a bike that he "lost the title to"...

... I don't know. Maybe it could work.

Welp they found her. Very close to where I live too. The idiot decided to take it for a joyride at 5am and crashed. Apparently he was also on parole. Needless to say when I get some time off school I'm probably parting her out.
He was taken to the emergency room then back to jail. Not my helmets by the way:

First - I'm so glad you got it back.

Second - That sucks ass you got it back all binned up. I hate to say it, but I hope that douche bag got a little banged up on it when it was laid down.


Why part her out? It looks like it's just fairing damage, right? Fighter that bish! Or, I'm sure you can get parts on ebay for it.

exhaust is smashed, radiators smashed, left forks leaking, tanks beat, seats are gone, engines making a ticking sound but that may be cuz of smashed exhaust causing a leak or lack of flow, all the plastics are toast, and I kinda wanna upgrade to a real f4i with injection.

Damn does that suck. Smh. If you decide to part out let me know I need some parts and I'm in Cali.

Videos been removed :( but yeah after lookin at the damage I'm think I'm gonna piece it back together and street fighter it. Then roll on it for a lil while while I save up so I can sell her and get an f4i. I liked my full faired bike and to get her back to the point I liked her will just cost too much plus I kinda want injection. So right now I'm lookin for a good price on a f4 radiator. Already found a header on eBay. Then gotta replaces the ignition switch and get a headlight and some seats then she should be street able again.

And as far as that Brazilian vid - that guy got what was coming to him. I hope they eventually catch the other rider too. I HATE THIEVES...
