It was tabled months ago... I don't think there's much to worry about. Posting up that the reason you want to stop it is because you like to torrent doesn't really help the cause, though.

raylee, just because its a torrent doesnt make it illegal...but most torrents are used to illegal media sharing.
but Obama rejected sopa a while back and said he wouldnt accept it until major changes were made
so its really nothing to worry about at the time being.

have not had a chance to read, but this sounds like it totally ****s on the constition more. i didnt even hear of this until yesterday. guess theres no money to be lost, just one of the few things seperating us from USSR, or a dictator ship...

There are sites specifically for discussing politics or religion just like there are a zillion **** sites. They would most likely frown if you started discussing CBRs on their place.
